Lesmart Golf Training Mat for Swing Detection Batting

There weren't instructions but it's pretty straight forward on how to assemble it. My husband and kids enjoy it. Hopefully this will help them out with their swings.

This golf mat works really well to visualize the direction and curve of your swing. I am still a golf novice, but with this mat your stroke becomes apparent quickly. I'd recommend setting this up outside on some grass and staking it into the ground with the provided stakes.

Got this as a present for my father-in-law but we all loved using it. This particular item comes with extra stakes so you can pin it down in more places and it makes a huge difference.

We all took turns- better golfers faired better but after a few swings we could already visualize what was needed to correct the swing. With long winters here I see them using it for years to come. Would recommend this exact may to others!

This mat is a good idea, great way to work on your golf swing.
The only downfall, is that it is kind of small and thin. However, if you stake it down it is more than effective.
Nice overall product, so far seems to work great.
It is a very good visual tool and can certainly show you how your hitting the ball so you can correct it.
I only gave it a four star- due to the thickness and size. Otherwise, good product!

When I received the mat is wasn't laying completely flat and I was worried that it would not remain in place. I placed a few books on top of it for a couple of days and that did the trick. I have always had a problem hitting the ball first and after using the mat for a few swings I could see exactly where I was making initial contact. I worked more on weight shift and it's helping make better ball contact. Definitely worth it!

I love this product! Ready to use right out of the box! I ordered one for my dads birthday but i need one for myself too! Perfect for outdoors and even better inside. Easy put away and bring back out!
