I opened this and was taken back to our fun dates at the mini golf place here. Maybe this is a tiny version of something like that, which can be played in a small place with the grandkids inside or out on the patio. This comes with everything but the clubs, so we have hole cutouts that you can open for either respective game (pong or golf); we have a set of two white balls; we have a rollout pad (green); we have two flags; we also have a handy black nylon-like bag with a logo, and straps, to pack it all in.
The pad (green) is made of a lightweight faux grass-like material, and is folded up for storage in the corresponding bag. There is a fold in the center of the game space (between either end). It is long, so that you can achieve some speed and traction. (The fold needs to be relaxed a bit). Then near the spaces on either end where the holes are, there is a bit of a challenge to make the game fun. You might want to build up a bit of a learning curve, and keep the balls on the (green), and practice getting them over the "hump", as well. Interesting so the kids and adults can be having fun for quite awhile. The two balls we received become more with the ones that came with the purchase of golf clubs we needed to add to make the game possible. (These are inexpensive regular-sized clubs I believe). The fun of it is enhanced by the two marker flags to place on the (green).
Altogether, this is a space-saving entertainment system! We love it, and will be sharing this with the grandkids for years to come; especially when we spend our Spring holiday visit with them once per year. We are looking forward to this as well as the mini ping pong, mini pool game, and other mini games. We will be taking this set to the park as well, at the lake down the road.
This is pretty well-made, and will last for years to come. The price tag is higher for a toy, but it is backed up with the quality of this item, and it is well-thought-out.
Enjoy!
