Lesmart Golf Training Mat for Swing Detection Batting

This is a great product to use to practice your golf swing direction control and also indirectly control the size of your divot. One of the best qualities I like is the ease of erasing pattern with the golf club it self. The Issue that i was having was getting the mat fixed sturdily to the ground. If your grass is not really cut short then it sits on top like a floating mat. works well on hard surface if the the divot is not big. Overall a great practice tool for golf beginners just make sure to get it fixed properly.

This golf matt has so much potential to help improve my game - like displayed in the video - the matt shows the strike of the ball, so I can really see where I'm aiming, and how I can get better. Works just as intended, if a bit small (but I really don't feel it is too small to be useful, so no stars off for that). Excellent product for beginners, in short!

I'm fairly new to golf & not very good at it so I'm always looking for anything that can help me get better. I know I swing out to in & I figured with visual feedback I could hopefully correct that issue. This golf mat seemed like a good place to start.The box contains the mat, 4 plastic hold down pegs, a carry clip, 3 plastic balls & hook & loop material. There were no instructions.The ad said for indoor or outdoor use but I have no room in my house to swing a club so all my swinging was outside. I did not use the plastic balls because my yard isn't big enough to use them. Plus the idea of chasing balls didn't sound like fun.The ad didn't mention the hook & loop material so I'm not sure why they were included.When I opened the bag containing the mat there was an overwhelming smell of chemical rubber. I left the mat on the lanai for 2 days in the sun & the smell went away. I then took it out in the backyard & remembered the other problem I have which is I don't consistently "brush the ground" with my irons. With no ball on the mat I was doing good if I swept the mat 2 in 10 times. When I did manage to hit it my stripes where way wider than shown in the ad pictures.Clearing the swipe mark is simply a matter of gently dragging the club backwards over the mat to reset it. COOL!I then took the mat to the range were I could put golf balls on it to hit. This worked much better for me as I hit the mat probably 9 out 10 swings. However, again my stripes were always very wide so not always easy to determine my swing path. On one swing I went so far out to in that I actually sheared the head off of one of the plastic pegs!I don't think this is going to help me until I fix the "brush the ground" problem but if you don't have that issue, this could help you.

This training matt is exactly what I was expecting. I just didn't know that it was going to tell me so much about my swing.I was hoping it would help me to make a divot after the ball and it did. It also showed me that I often hit at an angle and not towards the target.It's also fun to practice in the house. (Winter blues)I would definitely buy one!

I honestly thought this thing would explode into a glittery shower of sequins after the first strike. But I was pleasantly surprised. After several uses, I cannot find any missing! I would still avoid using clubs where you pull a big divot and stick with a 5 iron or so. As for helping my swing, well it definitely showed how far off I am when I try to swing at speed. So I have some work to do.

This golf mat is a perfect tool to improve your golf swing. It can be used inside or outside. I purchased it for my son and he was thrilled when I showed it to him. He said it was something he has wanted for quite some time. He has been using it in the backyard, even with snow on the ground! Hopefully, by the time golfing begins, he will have improved his swing. I would recommend this golf mat. Two thumbs up!

I got this to use for indoor putt-putt style games. I like that it shows the 'swing' pattern, because we all cheer each other on or make fun of each other, depending on how the game goes. I do minute games with stuff like, put cotton balls in a bowl using a spoon in your mouth, or use chopsticks on mini marshmallows to fill a cup in a minute, bounce ping pong balls into cups, stuff like that. I like that this is lightweight, and I can carry it easily. Setup is just rolling it out.
I put some cups weighted on their sides and stabilized with some wooden blocks for folks to try to putt into to make their points. This was a really fun addition to game night, and we'll get years of use out of it, since I only host game night twice a year. For my needs, the price is a no brainer. Super happy with this.
